You can't tell me that doesn't look good!
Here's what you'll need:
- 1 scoop chocolate (or vanilla-whatever you want) casein protein powder
- 1/2 cup egg substitute, beaten or shaken
- generous 1/4 cup Unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp nonfat plain greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
- Preheat a well sprayed skillet to medium
- add all the ingredients except greek yogurt and maple syrup to a bowl
- mix until well combined and slightly thick
- pour onto skillet (should make 2 good sized pancakes)
- Cook on each side until done (it may be done quickly-watch them so they don't get dry)
- arrange on plate side by side and top with 1 tbsp sugar free syrup, spreading to edges with knife (or if your me, finger)
- put one large dollop of Greek yogurt on each pancake and spread to edges
- top again with a little bit of syrup
- roll up and top with any remaining syrup
- Enjoy!!!!
